Faith Community Nurse (FCN) Program
Bridging Faith and Health in Our Community

Center Brunswick United Methodist Church is excited to announce the launch of its Faith Community Nurse (FCN) programming, a groundbreaking initiative designed to promote whole-person care within our congregation and the wider community. This program will be led by Dr. Jeanine Santelli, RN a congregation member and the Executive Director of the American Nurses Association – New York. Faith Community Nurses bridge faith and health by addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals through compassionate support and health education.
Faith-based organizations like churches, synagogues, and mosques serve as trusted spaces where health professionals can effectively engage with individuals to promote well-being. Through this program, Center Brunswick UMC aims to nurture healthier lives by offering resources, workshops, and individual support for community members.
